For the past 7 years, Chef Rodel has managed the kitchen team for both the Hokulani Restaurant, Sunset Lounge and all Banquet and Catering. His food preparation background is extensive to include the Sheraton Waikiki, Moana Hotel, and Waialae Country Club. Not only does he place emphasis on food production, he insists that care is given to each item produced whether in the restaurant for 1 or for a meeting or reception for 200.
